About Terrence M. Riley
Terrence M. Riley is a retired Inspector at the New York City Police Department. During his more than 25 years of service at NYPD Mr. Riley held a number of roles of increasing responsibility culminating with his time designated as the Commanding Officer of the Office of Management Analysis and Planning. In this capacity, he commanded a staff of more than seventy uniform and civilian policy analysts, many with advanced degrees in law and public policy, who crafted policy recommendations for the NYPD's senior executive staff including the Police Commissioner.
Prior to his role as Inspector, Mr. Riley received 5 citations for excellent and meritorious police duty and held several managerial roles including positions in the Patrol Bureau, Organized Crime Control Bureau, Police Academy and Training Bureau.
